To place an editorial onto the flat plan, do the following:
1) Select the editorial you want to place onto the flat plan from the "Editorials" list
2a) Select the green format showing up on the left side of the screen and drag it into the desired page (remember that if you have not selected an editorial from the list and you try to drag the green format, nothing happens!).
2b) drag the selected editorial directly into the flat plan (without dragging the green format)
All pages of the editorial are placed onto the plan at once.
