
MacOS, only: K4 client installer error message – "The folder 'vjoon K4' can not be found"

Under certain circumstances the vjoon K4® installer for Adobe InDesign and InCopy for CS6, CC2014 or CC2015 may produce an error message, that "The folder 'vjoon K4' can not be found" and the install process does not finish successfully. If you encounter this behavior you may use the following workaround:
- Copy the entire client installation folder to your Desktop.
- Compress the folder with a 3rd party compression tool. Do not use the macOS built-in Archive Utility.app. We have tested the workaround with Keka. Other compression tools may work likewise.
- Decompress the ZIP-file, either with Keka or with the macOS built-in Archive Utility.app.
- Run the installer from the uncompressed folder.
