
Connection with the Enterprise Server
First of all, you need to set the parameters to connect TIMONE System with Enterprise Server.
In the Administration module, from System > Configurations (or Config. Publication if you want to set it just for a specific publication) > PRODUCTION, set the production software in use (SCE).
Then in System > Config. Publication > SCE set:
SCE_url, the full addres of your Enterprise installation
SCE_user, the username enabled, with full accesses, in Enterprise;
SCE_password, the user password;
SCE_version, the version of your Enterprise system.
Create a New Publication:
Once logged into WoodWing Enterprise, Select "Brand".
Creating from scratch:
In section Brand
Click on green NEW
insert the name of the publication and the required information
click on UPDATE
Duplicate a Publication:
From the section "Brand", identify a publication of reference that you want to duplicate
Click "Copy" at the bottom of the screen of the brand
Choose the publication of departure and enter the name of the new publication that you want to duplicate
Click copy to create the new publication
Successive Steps:
1. Numbers configuration
once you have created the publication it is possible to create inside the numbers in the enterprise by executing the following path:
Open the publication of interest
Click Print
Select "Add Issue"

2. Layout configuration
it is important that the order of the states of the layout is configured by following the same order WoodWing Enterprise and in TIMONE System.

3. Configuring user permissions
in the stage of the configuration of a new publication is essential to correctly configure the permissions of users.
