In TIMONE Plan may be used several shortcuts to speed up users operations

| Open Issue | ⌘+O | Ctrl+O | Open issue management window |
| Reload Issue | ⌘+R | Ctrl+R | the issue is reread and changes are shown inside the view |
| Close Issue | ⌘+W | Ctrl+W | the selected issue is closed |
| Print Plan | ⌘+P | Ctrl+P | that allows you to open the window referring to "Print Mode" by choosing the option desired print between: "Print plan currently displayed" or "Print plan using the selected preset" |
| Modifications Notes | ⌘+B | Ctrl+B | that allows you to enter a note by typing the text in the appropriate screen |
| Editorial View | ⌘+F | Ctrl+F | whose result clearly visible relates to the drawing of the Plan which changes and only shows the editorial view |
| Editorial Preview | ⌘+T | Ctrl+T | enable / disable editorial preview |
| Advertising View | ⌘+G | Ctrl+G | whose result clearly visible relates to the drawing of the Plan which changes and only shows the advertising view. In this view the ad information are placed under the pages |
| Advertising Preview | ⌘+I | Ctrl+I | enable / disable editorial preview |
| Compact View | ⌘+J | Ctrl+J | whose result clearly visible relates to the drawing of the Plan which changes and only shows the compact view, with the occupation of spaces reduced to a minimum and without any type of information related to or editorial advertising outside of the page |
| Preview | ⌘+E | Ctrl+E | in which it displays the page preview both with editorials that with the advertising. It is possible to move from one page to another thanks to the arrows on the right. |
| Increase Zoom | ⌘++ | Ctrl++ | zoom increases in the drawing of the plan |
| Decrease Zoom | ⌘-- | Ctrl-- | zoom decreases in the drawing of the plan |
| Addictional pages | ⌘+A | Ctrl+A | that allows you to bring up the pages of support set for the number. On the pages of support it is possible to perform the same operations of allocation, displacement and cancellation possible formats in the Plan |
| Move groups of pages | ⌘+S | Ctrl+S | whose functionality is the following: brings up the window "Move groups of pages", from which we must enter the range of pages to move and the destination page.The contents of the group of selected pages are moved from their current location to the destination page. |
| Multi Editions View | ⌘+M | Ctrl+M | enable / disable multi editions view |
| Show Differences | ⌘+D | Ctrl+D | show differences among editions |
