In all files list we find the entire list of orders/editorials present in the workflow.

From this page each user can perform several actions in accordance with their own permissions:
- All Users can open the preview and consult jobs details;
- Photo Editors can can take charge of an order/editorial and send it in QA;
- Graphic Designers can edit jobs assigned and archive orders/editorials;
- Responsibles can prioritize orders/editorials archive it, change the assigned Photo Editor...
Orders and editorials can be consulted by all users, sorted and filtered for Status, Publication, Last Status User and Assigned Photo Editor.

To Do Menu
Clicking on the To Do menu will be applied filters and will show all the order/editorial with "To Do" status.

Clicking on the Ready For Quality Check Menu will be applied filters and will show all the order/editorial with "Ready For Quality Check" status.
Available Features
As we have seen, from these pages are available different functions such as:
- Consult the Preview Page;
- Take an order/editorial in load;
- Send an order/editorial to QA;
- Give/Remove the status of urgency of an order/Editorial;
- Archive an order/editorial;
- Edit defined jobs
- Change the Photo Editor to which it is assigned an order/editorial
