With only TIMONE Plan

TIMONE Plan can be used as a stand alone application without integration with an editorial system.

The following TIMONE Plan basic functionalities can be used for production purposes:

Graphic designers look at the flat plan, create the InDesign files and edit them based on what they see in the flat plan (quantity of pages of the InDesign file, page numbering, title of the editorial, etc.);

The status of editorials in TIMONE Plan can be changed manually. The work in progress is represented by colors and status names per editorial;

Editorial status colors are configured within theAdministration module.

The Advertising part can be managed in the different ways offered by TIMONE System;

To see the previews of the InDesign files in TIMONE Plan, you can upload the PDFs in the flat plan.

In TIMONE Plan it is possible to enable or disable editorial previews by clicking on View > Editorial Preview (or ⌘+T) to have a better view of the editorial status on the flat plan:
