The Publication Management page shows the list of publications and let the admin user to:
Create a New Publication (using the Editorial System publication’s unique Identifier)
Enable/Disable Job Types (see Internal or External paragraph for more information)
Define the photo editor for default assignment for each publication
Define the urgency threshold for each publication
