This menu allows to set Work-in-progress status for TIMONE.


Create a new Mapping

To create a new you have to:

1) Click on Production  > Mapping of the Workflow

2) Click on the New button 


3) Fill the fields

FieldsDescription
Progthis option allows to set an order for editorial status to follow
Type

this option allows to choose the type of the status (for example 'SCE Status' for editorial status or 'SCE Dossier Status' for dossier status).

  • File System Update:

  • PDF Update: this type marks the status in which editorials will be moved to when a PDF is placed onto them;

  • SCE Status: this type is used to mark Editorial status;

  • FTP Transfer: this option is no longer used;

  • FTP Sent: this option is no longer used;

  • Article Start: used with EMIS, this type marks the editorials that will be processed by EMIS;

  • Article End: used with EMIS, this type marks the status the successfully elaborated editorials will be moved to;

  • SCE Article Status: this type is used to mark Article status;

  • SCE Dossier Status: this type is used to mark Dossier status;

  • SCE Task Status: this type is used to mark Task status;

  • Layout Start: used with EMIS, this type marks the .indd or .qxp files to be used as template for editorials.

  • K4 Layout Status:
Production Status Namethis option allows to set a name for the work-in-progress status
Timone Status Name

this option allows to associate the work-in-progress status to a status among those available for the selected type

Shown status will vary according to the status defined for the different types, in the Editorial status, Dossier status and Element status menus.

4) Save changes clicking on confirm button 

  

Edit  a Mapping

You can edit a Mapping by clicking 

Perform your changes and confirm with  or cancel with .

 

Remove a Mapping

You can remove a Mapping by clicking .
