TIMONE System is a very flexible tool, in fact, if you do not implement EMIS, TIMONE Prod and InDesign Server it is possible to work using only TIMONE Plan (the basic way)
Plan can be used as a stand alone application without integration with an editorial system.
The following TIMONE Plan basic functionalities can be used for production purposes:
- Graphic designers look at the flat plan, they create the InDesign files and they change edit them based on what they see in the flat plan (quantity of pages of the InDesign file, exact pages where they are positionedpage numbering, title of the editorial service, etc.);
- The status of editorial services of editorials in TIMONE Plan can be changed manually, so in TIMONE Plan you can see the . The work in progress of the issue through is represented by colors and description of the status of the editorial service status names per editorial;

To change editorial status manually you have to:
2. Click on Status field and select the new status;
3. Save changes Clicking on the green tic; 4. Now the new editorial status will be available from the fat plan; the color of editorial has been changed;
5. Clicking on an editorial you can see its details: the status and the date of the last status change
