To It's possible to manually import a csv file containing the advertising bookings in into TIMONE Plan , you can use:
- .csv file
- .xml file
containing the advertising bookings.
To import files with advertising bookingsby doing the following:
1) Open an issue and go to the menu item "Archive" menu;
2) Select "Import XMLdata..." (please consider that this function works for both xml and csv)
3) Select the .xml or .csv file
4) Select the .xsl file (the transformation file, ie a file which shall have been pre-configured in order to transform the . The import window is displayed.
3) Within the "Data" area, click on "Select" and choose the csv file to be imported.
4) Within the "Transformation file" aream click on "Select" and choose the .xsl file to be used for importing advertising bookings.

5) Click Ok to confirm;
6) New Advertising bookings become available in the Advertising List in the lower part of the flat plan.

| The csv file must contain all advertising bookings for an issue of a publication. Updated versions of the csv file must contain all previously uploaded advertising bookings. Advertising bookings not contained in a newer version of the csv file will be deleted and non already existing advertising bookings will be created. |
