1) Questa funzionalità permette d impostare i centri stampa utilizzati nella trasmissione delle pagineThis feature allows you to set the print centers used in the transmission of pages.
2) With button you can create a new Print Centers
3) Fill in the form with:
| Field | Description |

| Name* | string that should appear in the dropdown menu of the Plan of transmission pages window |
| Folder path | is the relative path in which the PDF files addressed to this print center must be deposited; this path is linked to the one specified in the PDF_server_hotfolder configuration of the PDF group |
| File renaming pattern | is the pattern applied to the name of the transmitted PDFs |
| Accepted page status ID (comma separated list)* | is the pattern applied to the name of the transmitted PDFs |
| Change page status | If selected, advances the status "Send PDF print" pages transmitted to the print center |

NOTA: agendo sulla configurazione NOTE: acting on the PDF_overwrite_hotfolder del gruppo PDF è possibile decidere se sovrascrivere i file eventualmente già presenti nella cartella destinazione del centro stampa, oppure rinominarli aggiungendo _n in coda.
Pattern di ridenominazione dei file
Il pattern di ridenominazione dei file può essere costituito dai seguenti elementi:
#publication# : sostituito dal nome della testata
#pubcode# : sostituito dalla sigla gestionale della testata
#pubdsupplcode# : sostituito dal codice supplemento della testata
#issue# : sostituito dal nome del numero
#isscode# : sostituito dal codice gestionale del numero
#issdate# : sostituito dalla data numero espressa nel formato yyMMdd
#isscoverdate# : sostituito dalla data di copertina del numero nel formato yyMMdd
#edition# : sostituito dal nome dell’edizione
#pagetype# : sostituito da “P” passante per tutte le pagine; “S” singola per la prima e quarta di copertina
#jobticket# : sostituito dalla bolla del materiale associalto (solo per PDF pubblicitari)
#adverpcode# : sostituito dal codice erp della prenotazione associata (solo per PDF pubblicitari)
#title# : sostituito dal titolo del layout (solo per PDF redazionali)
#filename# : sostituito dal nome file del layout (solo per PDF redazionali)
#folio# : sostituito dal folio number
#page???# : sostituito dal numero di pagina; il totale dei caratteri ? sta ad indicare quante cifre utilizzare per valorizzare il numero di pagina.
NOTA: i numeri di pagina delle copertine speciali vengono espressi nella forma C1… Cn, mentre i numeri di pagina delle varianti di copertina nella forma V1… Vn. I numeri di pagina delle copertine normali vengono espressi nella forma configuration of the PDF group it is possible to decide whether to overwrite any files already present in the destination folder of the print center, or rename them by adding _n in the queue.
File renaming pattern
The file renaming pattern can consist of the following elements:
#publication# - replaced with publication name;
#pubcode# - replaced with editorial publication code
#pubdsupplcode# - replaced with additionnal publication code
#issue# - replaced with issue name;
#isscode# - replaced with editorial issue code
#issdate# : replaced with the issue date in yyMMdd format
#isscoverdate# : replaced with issue cover date in yyMMdd format
#edition# - replaced with edition name
#pagetype# - replaced with “S” for cover I & IV, “P” otherwise
#jobticket# - replaced with the jobticket of the material associated to the adv (if exist !)
#adverpcode# - replaced with adv ERP code
#title# : replaced with the layout's title (only for editorial PDF)
#filename# : replaced with the layout's name (only for editorial PDF)
#folio# - replaced with folio numbering like on PLAN (if the folio numbering doesn't exist it will be usereal page number).
#page???# - replaced with the real page number, the total of the characters ? indicates how many digits to use to enhance the page number;
NOTE: the page numbers of the special covers are expressed in the form C1… Cn, while the page numbers of the cover variants in the form V1… Vn. The page numbers of normal covers are expressed in the form 1, 2, n-1, n.
