Placing ADV placeholders on page

Before or after having planned editorial pages (or also during), you can also plan advertising formats.

An advertising format is a Placeholder on which you can later place an advertisement booking and the corresponding PDF.
 An advertising placeholder is an advertising format which can be placed on page. An advertising placeholder can be then updated with an advertising booking.

It's possible to place an advertising placeholder by doing the following:
 

1) Select the advertising format you prefer to be placed from the Advertising Format Tab (in the advertising formats tab you will find all the formats that have been pre-configured in the administration of TIMONE System).

2) Drag and drop it into a specific page to book a place.

This function may be used when no bookings have arrived in the system yet, but you want to start reserving this space for a special need / customer.

When no booking is available, on the blue advertising format you place in the flat plan, you will see only 1 diagonal line.

If you see 2 diagonal lines on the blue advertising format, it means that the booking is already available in TIMONE Plan.
