To It's possible to manually import the advertising through .csv files you must have:
- .csv file
- .xml file
a csv file containing the advertising bookings .To import .csv files you have tointo TIMONE Plan by doing the following:
1) Open Archive Taban issue and go to the "Archive" menu;
2) Select "Import XMLdata...". The import window is displayed.
3) Within the "Data" area, click on "Select" and choose the . csv file to be imported.
4) Within the "Transformation file" aream click on "Select" and choose the .xsl file to be used for importing advertising bookings.

The transformation file is pre-configured and is mandatory for transforming data into a readable format. |
5) Click Ok to confirm;
6) New Adverts are availabre in Advertising List
Advertising bookings become available in the Advertising List in the lower part of the flat plan.

| The csv file must contain all advertising bookings for an issue of a publication. Updated versions of the csv file must contain all previously uploaded advertising bookings. Advertising bookings not contained in a newer version of the csv file will be deleted and non already existing advertising bookings will be created. |
