Missing workflow configuration in publication updated from vjoon K4 version 6.9 or earlier

We became aware of incomplete workflow configurations if publications updated to vjoon K4 version 7 originate from vjoon K4 version 6.9 or earlier.
We noticed this issue in the following situations:
1.
- Publications updated from version 6.9:
• Category rights assigned to Independent Tasks are missing.
...
- Publications updated from version 6.7 or 6.8:
• Category rights assigned to Independent Tasks are missing.
• User rights for Sticky Notes are not enabled.
• Category rights 'Allowed to skip status, tasks may not be finished with' and 'Allowed to set status backwards' are not enabled (Simplified Task Workflow).
This problem only occurs if you are updating directly from vjoon K4 version 6.9 (or earlier) to vjoon K4 version 7.
Updating to vjoon K4 version 6.10 R3 works as expected,
and also updates from vjoon K4 6.10 R3 to version 7 work as expected.
Workaround:
As a save workaround we recommend to update older publications in two steps:
First update to version 6.10 R3, and in a second step update to version 7.
If additional software (K4 Server 6.10 R3) is required, then please contact sales@vjoon.com.
vjoon K4 version 7 R3 will include a fix for that problem.
