With the release 8.5.1 was introduced the centralisation of view and print preset that allows you to be able to upload by ADMIN a single preset or a zip file containing multiple presets.

The preset loaded are then downloaded from any Plan at the time of authentication, making them accessible to users of the client.


To create and upload a new preset, it is necessary to follow the steps below:

1) Access to a Plan and create/change according to their own needs the preset by acting on the Preferences window;

2) At the end, always from the Preferences window, export the ZIP archive of all defined preset;

You can find defined preset in User > PLAN PRESET > Timone release (e.g. 8.5.1) > Presets file (.view or .print)

3) Access the menu item Parameters > Client Presets and upload the ZIP archive;

 4) Access to a Plan from any other location; all preset loaded in the administration module are available from the Preferences window.


Warning

Centralized presets must not be edited from the clients, because they are restored to the original version every time the application starts
