Issue versioning consists in making a new version of an issue. To do it, the you have to:
1) Choose an Enter the Issue you want to version;
2) Select the tab "IssueIssues";
3) Select the tab "Create new version";

4) Choose version name
5) Choose if he wants you want to set it this new version as "Active Version";
6) Save changes.

Active Versions are identified by a green circle, whereas not no active versions are grey:
