In TIMONE Plan you users can use several shortcuts to speed up users operationstheir operations with the use of the following shortcuts:

| Print Plan | ⌘+P | Ctrl+P | allows Allows to open the window referring to "Print Mode" by choosing the desired option between: "Print plan currently displayed" or "Print plan using the selected preset" |

| Compact View | ⌘+J | Ctrl+J | the drawing of the flat plan changes and you see the flat plan in "compact view" mode. The occupation of spaces is reduced to a minimum and without any type of information related to editorials and advertising outside of the pages.Enabled the Compact view |
| Preview | ⌘+E | Ctrl+E | Pages of the issue are shown two by two. It is possible to move from one page to another thanks to the arrows on the right.Enables the Preview view. |

| Additional pages | ⌘+A | Ctrl+A | It shows the additional flat plan pages (ie "parking pages") that have been pre- set up for the specific issue. On these pages you can perform the same operations as on normal pages, ie allocation, displacement, cancellation, etc. |
| Move groups of pages | ⌘+S | Ctrl+S | Shows Enables the "Move groups of pages" windows, from where you can enter the range of pages to move and the destination pagetool. |
