| Template | the layout template you want to use for creating the InDesign file in the editorial system (the same layout templates are available in both TIMONE Plan and editorial system - be carefully they are written in the same name in the administration of TIMONE System and of the editorial system). |
| Status | the workflow status of the editorial (the part of the workflow which expects planning and production to be synchronized with one another, will have identical workflow steps in both TIMONE Plan and editorial system). In TIMONE Plan you can also have additional workflow steps (for example "Only planned", when the editorial service is only planned but not yet in production). The status is automatically assigned to editorials based on their work in progress. If the editorial has an InDesign file/layout associated with it, TIMONE Plan reflects the work in progress of the file in the production system. |
