To launch TIMONE Plan you have the user has to:
1. Right clicking click on the .jnlp file downloaded on his client machine;
2. Open the .jnpl file with Java Web Start;
3. You will be redirected to The application starts and the Login Page is displayed;
4. Enter Select the language and enter the Username, Password and Server Address;
5. Click on OK button;
