In TIMONE Plan you can use several shortcuts to speed up users operations

| Connect | ⌘+K | Ctrl+K | allows to connect to server |
| Exit | ⌘+Q | Ctrl+Q | allows to quit Timone |
| Open Issue | ⌘+O | Ctrl+O | Opens issue management window |
| Reload Issue | ⌘+R | Ctrl+R | the issue is re-freshed and changes are shown inside the view |
| Close Issue | ⌘+W | Ctrl+W | the selected issue is closed |
| Print Plan | ⌘+P | Ctrl+P | allows to open the window referring to "Print Mode" by choosing the desired option between: "Print plan currently displayed" or "Print plan using the selected preset" |
| Modify Notes | ⌘+B | Ctrl+B | allows you to enter a note by typing the text in the appropriate screen |
| Editorial View | ⌘+F | Ctrl+F | the drawing of the flat plan changes and you see the flat plan in "editorial view" mode |
| Editorial Preview | ⌘+T | Ctrl+T | enables / disables the editorial preview |
| Advertising View | ⌘+G | Ctrl+G | the drawing of the flat plan changes and you see the flat plan in "advertising view" mode. In this view the ad information are placed under the pages or on the pages, based on the setting you chose in the user's preferences |
| Advertising Preview | ⌘+I | Ctrl+I | enables / disables the advertising preview |
| Compact View | ⌘+J | Ctrl+J | the drawing of the flat plan changes and you see the flat plan in "compact view" mode. The occupation of spaces is reduced to a minimum and without any type of information related to editorials and advertising outside of the pages. |
| Preview | ⌘+E | Ctrl+E | Pages of the issue are shown two by two. It is possible to move from one page to another thanks to the arrows on the right. |
| Increase Zoom | ⌘++ | Ctrl++ | The zoom increases in the drawing of the plan |
| Decrease Zoom | ⌘-- | Ctrl-- | The zoom decreases in the drawing of the plan |
| Additional pages | ⌘+A | Ctrl+A | It shows the additional flat plan pages (ie "parking pages") that have been pre-set for the specific issue. On these pages you can perform the same operations as on normal pages, ie allocation, displacement, cancellation, etc. |
| Move groups of pages | ⌘+S | Ctrl+S | Shows the "Move groups of pages" windows, from where you can enter the range of pages to move and the destination page. |
| Multi Editions View | ⌘+M | Ctrl+M | enables / disables multi editions view (when multi-editioning is enabled in the Administration of TIMONE System) |
| Show Differences | ⌘+D | Ctrl+D | shows differences among editions |
| Delete | Backspace | Backspace | deletes selected objects |
| Delete Bookings | D | D | deletes selected bookings |
 | N.B. FOR LAPTOPS: to increase or decrease the zoom on laptops which are not equipped with numeric pad, the key Fn must be used. |
